About Us

Starlight Florida was founded in 1998 in Broward County by visionary volunteers, Jane Guterman and Nancy Shaller. Over time, we have expanded our region of coverage and services to the entire state of Florida in response to the growing needs of the community. Our main office is located in South Florida and most recently, we have opened offices in Jacksonville and Orlando to deliver programs in those communities.

Today, Starlight Florida brightens the lives of more than 6,500 children each month in more than 50 hospitals throughout the state. With your help, we can continue to make dreams come true and brighten the lives of seriously ill children. Each day is an opportunity to make a difference.
