Starlight Children’s Foundation ordinarily does not prohibit links to its Web site, provided that any such link does not improperly connote an endorsement by or affiliation with Starlight Children’s Foundation, or otherwise adversely impact Starlight Children’s Foundation, and pursuant to the terms below.

If you are interested in linking to Starlight Children’s Foundation Web site, please notify Starlight Children’s Foundation by sending an email to jason.rhodes@starlight.org. Include your name, your organization name, contact information (such as a phone number and/or email address) as well as the URL of your site and a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to Starlight Children’s Foundation’s site.
By linking to any page on Starlight Children’s Foundation site, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth below:
- Links may be text-based using the words: "Starlight Children’s Foundation” or "starlight.org" (the "Licensed Marks"). You may not use the Starlight Children’s Foundation logo as a link, but you may use one of our approved public service announcements (PSA) available on our Web site (www.starlight.org/psa.) By linking, you acknowledge and agree that, other than as set forth herein, all rights to the Licensed Marks, other Starlight Children’s Foundation marks, the content appearing on the Starlight Children’s Foundation site and the design of the Starlight Children’s Foundation site belong to Starlight Children's Foundation.
You may not create frames around Starlight Children’s Foundation Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of Starlight Children’s Foundation Web site.
- You must not misrepresent your relationship with Starlight Children’s Foundation or present false or misleading impressions about Starlight Children’s Foundation. No links to Starlight Children’s Foundation Web site may be used in a manner that implies or suggests that Starlight Children’s Foundation approves or endorses you, your Web site or your goods and services (in all cases, except as Starlight Children’s Foundation may have agreed separately with you in writing).
- Starlight Children’s Foundation shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and defend Starlight Children’s Foundation against all claims arising out of or based upon your Web site.
- No link(s) may appear on any page on your Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.
- Starlight Children’s Foundation may at any time, in its sole discretion, without cause, terminate the license granted herein to use the Licensed Marks and your right to link to any pages on the Starlight Children’s Foundation Web site. In such event upon request, you agree to immediately remove all links to Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation Web site and to cease using the Licensed Marks.
- Starlight Children’s Foundation reserves the right to change this linking policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
