As part of a continuing effort by Major League Baseball to impact the lives of children in a positive and meaningful way, Major League Baseball and its Clubs teamed with Nintendo of America in 2005 to support the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation by donating Fun Centers to Children's Hospitals in Major League Baseball markets throughout the United States. Fun Centers were delivered to each Children’s Hospital by players and Club executives who visited with young patients, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
